VECTO Grid OS is a cloud-based software package for: collection, processing, storage, analysis, visualization, and reporting, of data collected by VECTO instruments in real-time. It translates thousands of data points into information that facilitates quick, data-driven decisions.
By collating all data into a single, accessible platform, engineers, managers, and operators can have a clear, shared view of the network performance across an entire network.
To get started with VECTO Grid OS, follow the steps below. The getting started pages will provide a step by step overview to get familiar with the platform interface and the basic tool set.
VGOS Interface
This section covers the overall interface of the platform.
Add Intruments
This section explains how to add a new instrument and measurement point to VGOS.
If your instrument does not have a measurement point configured, see the section on measurement point setup for VGOS.
If you added an instrument to VGOS which already has a measurement point configured, then that measurement point will automatically be loaded onto VGOS once connection is established. This step can thus be skipped and no futher configuration is required.

VECTO Grid OS offers two hosting plans. The outsourced plan enables small-quantity users access to enterprise class technology without having to lock into expensive software solutions. The behind-the-firewall solution provides additional security and specialist, big data support without large capital outlay. Customers have the option to buy a perpetual license, shifting the annual operational expense to a capital budget.
